The entire production line comprises a closed-loop continuous process, consisting of a pretreatment section, a finishing section, a drying and curing section, a post-finishing section, a winding section, and an environmental protection system. The pretreatment section includes automatic unwinding, web guiding, preheating and setting, and electrostatic precipitation, ensuring the flatness of the base fabric and the adhesion of the coating. The finishing section employs a combination of reverse roll coating, scraping coating, shower coating, and printing to sequentially complete the base coating filling, mid-coating color and elasticity imparting, and surface coating functional modification, achieving various appearances such as matte, high gloss, frosted, suede, metallic, and simulated leather. The drying and curing section primarily utilizes zoned hot-air ovens, with high-end lines equipped with UV curing units for rapid drying and cross-linking setting. The post-finishing section enhances the product's hand feel and simulation degree through processes such as embossing, ironing, texturing, and polishing. The end is equipped with an automatic winding and cutting system to ensure the stability of the finished product dimensions. The environmental protection system centrally treats waste gas, wastewater, and solid waste, meeting the requirements of low VOC and clean production.
The ultra-fine fiber finishing production line possesses significant technical and product advantages. Technologically, it can achieve multi-layer thin coating with uniform coating, precise thickness, and a wide controllable range of vehicle speed. It is compatible with various systems such as solvent-based, water-based, solvent-free, and UV-cured, balancing traditional physical properties and environmental protection needs. At the product level, it can significantly enhance the wear resistance, scratch resistance, folding resistance, color fastness, and other indicators of ultra-fine fiber materials. At the same time, it achieves functionalization such as self-healing, antibacterial, hydrophobic and oleophobic, low VOC, flame retardant, and the touch and appearance are highly similar to natural leather, with better cost performance.
Compared to conventional leather finishing lines, the microfiber production line has been specially designed for the porous structure of microfiber base cloth, ensuring more precise control over wettability, breathability, and hand feel. With high automation and stable operation, it can meet the stringent material requirements of high-end scenarios such as automotive interiors, shoe leather, luggage, furniture, and clothing. In the trend of green manufacturing, intelligent microfiber finishing lines oriented towards water-based, solvent-free, and UV curing are becoming mainstream equipment for high-quality development in the industry.
